1. User Agreement

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kryfy (the “Platform”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Kryfy shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: uploading malicious code, spamming, scraping, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.

2. Payments

2.1 Subscription Fees

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. All fees are non‑refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

2.2 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing upon 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

2.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of the Platform. Kryfy will collect taxes where required by law.

3. Vault Escrow

3.1 Escrow Service

Kryfy offers an optional “Vault” escrow service to protect both freelancers and employers. Funds are held securely until the successful completion and approval of the work. Disputes are handled according to our Escrow Guidelines.

3.2 Release Conditions

Funds will be released only after the client confirms satisfaction or after a predetermined dispute resolution process is completed. Kryfy’s decision in any dispute is final and binding.

4. Privacy

4.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, such as name, email, and payment details. We never sell your personal data to third parties. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Security

We implement industry‑standard security measures to protect your data, but no electronic transmission is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and report any suspicious activity immediately.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
